- We accept all modes of payment (Cash, Check, VISA)
- Payment (deductible, copay as applicable) is expected upfront on the day your treatment is rendered.
- Please call us atleast 48 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment in case you need to cancel. This gives us adequate time to schedule another patient that might be waiting to get an earlier appointment. Any broken appointment or cancellation short of 48 hrs prior to appointment will be charged for the lost time slot that was reserved for you.
- We participate with all major PPO dental insurances.
- We process the claims on your behalf and expect to get paid by your insurance for the services rendered. But if your insurance carrier denies either full or partial payment due to whatever reason, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of treatment rendered to you.
- In case we are not enrolled with your particular dental insurance carrier, we will provide you with all documents needed so that you can get reimbursed.
